WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?

All items are printed locally in Utah, United States

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most of our products are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep a high inventory of every SKU available. After placing your order, products take 1-2 weeks to ship. Once shipped, expect 3-5 days for arrival, depending on how far you are from Utah. For international orders, expect 7-20 days.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please email us at hello@themagicburrow.com within 7 days of receiving your item if you want to return or if the item is faulty or damaged. If the item is not returned in the condition it was sent, we cannot offer a refund. Customers are expected to pay return shipping.

Because most of our items are printed to order, we cannot always offer an exchange, but will refund you.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is shipped.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with hopes of expanding!

All international orders are responsible for custom charges.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DOESN’T ARRIVE?

Once your package has left our hands, we are not responsible for any errors or delivery mishaps. However, if there is an issue, please reach out to us so we can figure something out!

GARMENT CARE

We recommend turning the garment inside out and machine wash on cold. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Do not iron directly on design.
